Dear Home Owners,
Snagging items must be reported within 24 hours of the Completion Date, before any furniture has been moved into your home, except for any damage to sanitary ware, white goods, or sinks, which must be reported within 48 hours of the Completion Date.
All snagging issues are logged and categorised into three triage groups:
High Priority - Aimed response, review and action time of 24-48 hours.
Medium Priority - Aimed response and review time of 7-14 days.
Low Priority - Aimed response and review time of 28 days.
On the assessment of the issue, a further visit from either our on-site maintenance team or a subcontractor may be needed. In this event, a member of our Aftersales Team will be in touch to arrange a visit. Please indicate on the form below which days suit you best for a contractor to attend. The resolution of snagging issues may be delayed in certain circumstances due to issues with third-party contractors such as labour and material costs and availability.
