Reporting Issues the easy way (1)

Please fill out the following form for any maintenance requests for both internal and external issues of the premises. 

All issues are categorised into Category 1 and Category 2 based on the severity of the issue. 

Category 1 – dealt with within 24 hours.

Category 2 – dealt with within 5 working days.

This will be passed to the Property Manager from The Living Team who will deal with the issue and instruct a contractor where necessary.
